Hello Lufkin Road parents. This is Parry Graham writing with some brief reminders and announcements...

The Lufkin PTA is hosting a Spirit Night at Chick-fil-A of Apex at Beaver Creek Commons on Thursday, November 12th from 5 to 8 PM. Your child will be bringing home a flyer for this event. Just bring the flyer with you when you dine at Chick-fil-A that night and a portion of the sale will go to Lufkin . There will also be a special "topping" table set up just for spirit night for those of you purchasing dessert.

Next, a reminder that Track 4 will be doing make up pictures this Friday, November 6th .

A transportation reminder. If you drop your child off in the morning, you may use the bus loop after 7:10 AM; however, please do not come into the bus loop entrance prior to 7:10. When cars idle in the bus loop prior to 7:10, it can back up out to Lufkin Road and delay the buses trying to enter. We are doing our best to keep carpool moving quickly, efficiently, and safely in the mornings, and we appreciate your help.

Finally, we have a home football game against Holly Ridge this Wednesday, and away girls volleyball and soccer games against Holly Ridge this Thursday.
