SPAN 

SPAN is the Student/Parent Access Network, which allows parents and students to view student information -- such as attendance, discipline, and grading information -- online. In order to get access to SPAN, you will need to create an account. You can do this using one of two application forms...


This form, which needs to be filled out and signed by a notary and then returned to the school, or this form, which must be hand delivered to the school and checked against a photo ID.

We require either a notarized form or photo ID check because this Web service allows access to student information, and we must therefore be particularly careful about information security. Parents using SPAN will only have access to their individual children's information. Parents with multiple children will need to fill out a separate form for each child.

Once we have received and processed your SPAN application, you will receive an e-mail message with instructions on how to activate and access your account.  Once your account is activated, your child's attendance and discipline information will be updated on an ongoing basis, and your child's grade information will be updated at the middle and end of each month.
