| Battle of the Books LRMS participates, along with other middle schools in Wake County, in the Battle of the Books (BOB) competitions at both the county and state levels. Our team reads books from the North Carolina Battle of the Books list. At competitions, teams battle against each other using a quiz bowl format. The Media Center has multiple copies of all the books on the list, and public libraries in Wake County also support the Battle of the Books program. Meetings 2:15-3:30
